THe Fourth
Amendment

Thanks
to the Fourth Amendment to the U.S.
Constitution
you do
NOT
have to let anyone on to your property or in to your home or
place of business to conduct a search with out a warrant!
Amendment IV (1791)
The
right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses,
papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue,
but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.
Amendment VI (1791)
In
all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right
to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the
state and district wherein the crime shall have been
committed, which district shall have been previously
ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause
of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against
him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his
favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
